| Details: | Contacted Sherri regarding violation of failure to maintain 4-log treatment in July; Sherri's response was delayed due to fire evacuation orders. She sent us a letter date 9/25/23 explaining a typo on the residual report on July 12th- the entry should've been 1.0 mg/L, not 0/1 mg/L. An amended report was sent to OHA-DWS on 10/2/23 and was RTC'd; waiting to hear back from the State if a public notice still needs to be posted as it's still showing as due soon on the violation page. | ||
