Details:	Phone call with Cathy regarding status on cistern and water storage tank repairs; she stated corporate representatives will be replacing water storage system and this was confirmed via phone call later in the day with Jacob Mann from Equity Lifestyle, which is the owner of Thousand Trails. I let him know a plan review with the State will be required and since this will take months, a corrective action plan for the survey deficiencies will need to be emailed by 10/18/23 since they need an extension to repair the water tank and cistern. 11/20/23 UPDATE: Jacob emailed corrective action plan on 10/6/23 to repair all survey deficiencies by 11/17/23. He emailed pictures on 11/16/23 of all repairs except cistern lid seal. I emailed Jacob on 11/17/23 to ask about cistern repair and followed up with phone call with Jacob on 11/20/23. He will reach out to his maintenance crew regarding cistern seal and has provided another email on 11/2/23 regarding a revised correction date of 12/17/23. 11/30/23 UPDATE: Jacob emailed picture of cistern seal repair and I'll mark it corrected on the survey deficiency page.
