| Details: | A sample was collected on 12-13-18 from the tasting room wellhouse but on the lab form it indicated tasting room so appeared to be a distribution sample. We discussed labeling the form with a clear location of where the sample was collected from (well, tasting room handsink...). A triggered sample needs to be taken from the well and three repeat samples need to be taken from the distribution system by December 24th. Then in January, three routine samples need to be taken from the distribution system. If those come back absent, then that would count for first quarter samples and the next sampling would be due April to June (second quarter) and only one sample would then be required. | ||
