| Details: | This system had a positive coliform result on their routine sample. This was taken from the well head. I spoke to the operator about sampling locations and methods. I told him I would talk to the state to confirm these. I left a voicemail for the operator informing him that he will need to take two samples, both from the well in this case to meet the OVS rules. | ||
