| Details: | On 9/2/23 I issued and e-mailed a Conditional Approval letter for PR#119-2023 to Chad Holloway and Curtis Olson for a new reservoir roof and caustic soda corrosion control treatment. With approval from Jaime Craig with Tillamook County, on 10/5/23 I extended the significant deficiency due date for not having submitted plans for the reservoir from 8/31/2023 to 3/31/2024 to allow time for construction and receipt of the Final Approval letter for the project. | ||
