| Details: | I contacted Mr. McLaren on 9/29/23 and discussed possible causes of recent total coliform positive results. Also discussed the incomplete sampling protocol. I have scheduled a level 2 investigation for 10/3/23 with the lab and Mr. McLaren to assess this system on-site. |
