| Details: | Since the previous survey was conducted less than 1 year ago on January 24, 2023, I used the results of that survey, a review of their O&M manual and other documents, as well as a roughly 2-hr interview on October 3, 2023 with Doug Marshall to complete the capacity assessment for the valve vault replacement project under SRF LOI SD-23-380. I sent the completed report and letter dated 10/5/23 via e-mail on 10/5/23. I required as loan conditions that calendar year 2020, 2021, and 2022 Annual Summary Reports (ASR) for their cross connection control program be submitted to OHA-DWS as well as distribution to customers and submission to OHA-DWS of the Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) for calendar year 2022 - all to be completed/submitted prior to the final loan disbursement. A Categorical Exclusion from further environmental review had also been issued by Debra Lambeth on 10/5/23. | ||
