Details:	Two of several repeat samples TC+ following 10/3 tc+ routine. 3 triggered well samples all absent. Talked to Michelle at Roats and they will find and fix and take additional follow up samples to ensure absent for coliforms. Reservoir(s) could be possible source. No boil water PN needed at this time as results were for total coliforms only. Will send level one investigation form.
