| Details: | HI Gary The routine water sample taken December 17, 2018 was positive for total coliform bacteria. Please follow your coliform sampling plan and take 3 repeat samples and 1 source water sample from the well. Be sure this is labeled "triggered". The repeat samples should be taken: one from the original faucet and two from other distribution locations. You are required to report the results by 12/28/2018.
