You will have a public notice (PN) requirement that is due by October 10, 2023 This is where you can see the PN requirement in SDWIS. https://yourwater.oregon.gov/pubnote.php?pwsno=93711 I have the attached the template for your review. Please send me a copy when you’ve completed it. This is the same template you used at Muddy Creek for the same situation. Just so you are aware you will have a lead/copper 6 month sampling schedule requirement that will begin on 1/1/24.
