| Details: | I spoke with Riley Baker at our County office and asked about the current status of Columbia County Park - Scappoose RV. There was a period when it was closed to the public, but had been planned to reopen. I asked about the park's water system status, and Riley replied that he believes Scappoose RV with Columbia County Parks had connected to Scappoose City Water, as he was not aware of a previous well on the system. The well listed for this system was inactivated back in 2003. | ||
