| Details: | Called Tawna Stratton regarding repeat and triggered source positive coliform sample. I informed her that it is recommended to shock chlorinate the system and reconnect the chlorinatation system that was installed in 2016. She was also informed that the circuit rider is available to help the system with their chlorinator. After the phone call, Marlin Gochnour was contacted to see if they could help the system. He indicated he would have one of his staff contact the system and offer assistance. Since I was heading to Adel the following week to complete a water system survey at another water system in the area, I informed him I would stop and collect information/photos on the type of chlorinator the system was using. | ||
