Details: I spoke with the operator regarding DBPs and the civil penalties for the city based on noncompliance with the administrative order. We discussed the required overdue completion of the corrective action plan to address disinfection byproducts. We also discussed the availability of the state circuit rider program to help facilitate the completion of the corrective action plan.
