| Details: | DWS Staff reached out to the system informing them that a routine October 2023 coliform sample came back positive for total coliform (negative for EC). The system was directed to take 3 repeat samples (one at the SS6 Evans location and samples upstream and downstream of that location) and a triggered source sample at the header of the springs/wells. System failed to collect an trigger source sample for this TC+ event. DWS reached out to system staff on 12/11/23 reminding them collecting a source assessment sample would make violation (#903160357) return to compliance. |
