Details:	One of 3 repeats TC+ following TC+ routine. Triggered sample absent. A special sample was also take post reservoir and was positive. Talked to Gene and the reservoir is old and in poor condition and there has been some recent rain which could be the culprit. Avion will inspect the reservoir and make repairs as needed. I will send Gene Level 1 investigation form. Continued monthly sampling.
