| Details: | The water system collected its monthly routine coliform samples on 10/4/23. One was positive for total coliform. Three repeat samples and 2 triggered source samples were collected on 10/5/23. One was positive for total coliform and the rest were absent for bacteria. The two samples that were positive (on 10/4 and 10/5) were from the same sample station. System will take offline and try and determine cause of bacteria. A level 1 investigation was required and the form was filled out and submitted back to DWS. No further action needed at this time. | ||
