| Details: | The water system contracts with Umpqua Research Lab in Pendleton to come and collect the required water samples. The follow up samples were collected due to the initial positive on 8/9/23. Three repeat samples and a triggered source sample were collected on 8/15/23. Two of the repeats and the well were positive for total coliform. A level 1 investigation was triggered and the system filled out the forms and submitted back to DWS. Pursewell pumps came out on 9/6/23 to perform a low dose chlorine flush through the system. The coliform sample collected on 9/13/23 was absent for bacteria. No further action is needed at this time. |
