| Details: | Talked to Steve on the phone.Steve said he accidentally typed a 3 instead of an 8 on the monthly disinfection report he sent in for November. He included a copy of the original excel spreadsheet from the treatment plant which shows it was 0.87 not 0.37 on November 28. I have attached the treatment plant data, a copy of the form with the typo he sent and then what he meant to send. Violation was returned to compliance and no public notice needed. | ||
