| Details: | I spoke to Allan regarding the positive repeat distribution sample. We discussed the requirement to complete a Level 1 investigation form. Allan stated that he sampled in a residents bathroom. He removed the aerator but the owner was in a hurry and the sample was rushed. He is going to draw a special sample from the same location to confirm if his aseptic procedures were sound. I sent Allan the Level 1 form, the link to the compliance schedule and the email the DWS compliance section when the form is completed. | ||
