| Details: | I emailed Jeff on Friday 10/13 to confirm that he was aware of the additional excursion violations. The system is being evaluated for the addition of treatment to control the Ph. He is working with the circuit rider program to determine the proper type of treatment. We have discussed that any treatment must be submitted for plan review and approved before installation. |
