| Details: | Enforcement deadline approaching to submit compliance action plan. 10.25.2023-Jonathan Woody submitted an action plan for compliance. The system has performed a feasibility study and will explore funding and construction options for increasing storage at the water system to 10,000 gallons. Once the storage project is complete, a CT Study will be done to comply with this requirement. Estimated Schedule: • Review funding options by January 30, 2024. • Submit plan review for storage upgrades by March 1st, 2024. • Install and commission new storage system by June 30th, 2024. • Complete CT Study by September 30th, 2024 10.17.2023-An email was sent to Jonathan and Caleb reminding them of the upcoming compliance schedule. Next step: The system has to submit a compliance action plan by October31, 2023. |
