| Details: | DWS received a +TC (-EC) result for City of Mount Angel's routine coliform sampling on 10/12/23. Two of the repeat samples on 10/13/23 came back +TC (-EC) at the 400 Alder and 160 Birch sampling sites. These +TC results will trigger a Level 2 coliform investigation since it is the system's 2 investigation within a rolling 12-month period. A requirement for installing disinfection for residual maintenance in the distribution system is also required. 11/7/23 update: DWS conducted the Level 2 investigation at City of Mount Angel on 11/06. No issues were identified and the system is already on a deadline to install disinfection treatment for residual maintenance by April 19, 2024. |
