| Details: | I contacted the system regarding the status of the well not meeting setbacks from hazards violation and the status of the plan review for the new well that was discovered during the water system survey on 10-18-17. He has been working with DWS on the plan review. He requested an easement from the property owner to the west of the store and the property owner said no. He is attempting to speak with each of the three individuals who own the property to the south regarding an easement and expects an answer soon. He will be applying for a waiver from construction standards with DWS and is waiting to initiate the process until he receives a response from the property owners to the south. | ||
