Details: NCPHD left a voicemail for Zach, asking for an update on the deadline of September 25, 2023, regarding the screening overflow and the creation of an operations and maintenance manual. After contacting the emergency phone number, NCPHD spoke to Robert and requested an update on the deficiencies. Robert assured NCPHD that he would pass on the message to Zach to contact NCPHD today. NCPHD will follow up tomorrow if Zach does not respond today.
