| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: OHA reached out to CR to assist the water system with attempting to do another tracer test. The first test was terminated in the middle of testing by the former operator. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider worked on a new methodology for the tracer test. Brian Moore reached out to OHA indicating that they are currently under water curtailment, and that now was not a great time to run a tracer test on the water system. OHA agreed to allow the tracer test to be postponed until some time before the end of 2023. Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider is available to run the test when the City is ready.
