| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Donna Miller of The See Vue reached out to the circuit rider requesting assistance in retroactively plan reviewing their UV disinfection system. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider researched the water system and spoke with Donna Miller at length about their need to plan review their UV system. The circuit rider corresponded with N. Alviani from Lane County to determine what all would be required for plan reviewing the UV system. The circuit rider further reached out to Z. Golik of OHA and found out that not only would the UV need to be plan reviewed, but also the groundwater well and a recently installed water filter. Providing this level of plan review is outside of the scope of the circuit rider program and will require engineered plans and calculations. Recommendations were given to D. Miller for several area engineering firms qualified to assist with the plan review process. Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider is available to assist further as needed.
