| Details: | I spoke with Don and discussed how after the positive total coliform sample result, only 2 repeat samples were collected, a total of 4 samples were required with one of those being a "triggered" source sample collected at the well. Therefore, a Level 1 Coliform Investigation is required. I emailed Don the Level 1 Coliform Investigation checklist which is due to be completed and turned in to me or to DWS within 30 days. | ||
