| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: The circuit rider was contacted by Amy Bleekman of OHA to assist the water system with maintaining CT compliance. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider worked with A. Bleekman and N. Johnston to fix the water system’s issues with meeting the required CT. A spreadsheet was generated to help ARRVP maintain a consistent chlorine mix in their daytank. A minimum residual of 0.7 mg/L was recommended to meet CT for the most recent conditions. A new minimum may be required if either the pH or temperature of the water at ARRVP changes appreciably. N. Johnston was able to increase the chlorine concentration in the daytank and maintain a 0.8 mg/L residual. Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider is available to assist further if needed.
