| Details: | Jaime called the Sandlake Country Inn and B & B talk to the staff on site about positive coliform. There was a storm earlier in the week and staff were cleaning out leaves near the water intact and water storage. This Water System has been in active with the state since 2011. Sandlake Country Inn samples per Oregon Food Rules. The sample results are not required to be submitted to the State Drinking Water Program. EH staff will evaluate whether they qualify to be a Water System again after this positive. Will advise them to re sample for our records and to make sure when submitting samples they ask them not to be sent to the state. |
