| Details: | Two of 3 repeats TC+ following 10/12 routine positive. Spoke with Kathy and I will conduct Level 2 investigation. System flushed distribution and sample from 10/17 still TC+. It is unknown if this is just in the Glenwood distribution or an issue with the wholesaling system Lapine which has also had several recent TC+. Also discussed sampling locations as all were from kitchen faucets, removing aerator screens and consider changing sample spots to outside hose bibs or non-swivel faucets if accessible. | ||
