| Details: | Emailed operator about the TTHM sample result of 0.0865 above the MCL of 0.080. Last year the TTHM also exceeded in the month of September, the operator still believes that the increased in the reservoir size which increases the contact time of water with the chlorine is to blame. The system is already on quarterly monitoring. | ||
