Details:	UV Sys. down - Mr. Haglund reported that an operator checked the Salmon Run Golf Course Water System today and found a low UV reading. He also could not tell the status of the UV bulb because the unit didn't appear on. Actions taken: Mr. Haglund contacted the manager of Salmon Run Golf Course. The manager agreed to take a look at the system. She apparently found the same issues described by the operator. The manager pointed out that it was her understanding that the system will completely shut down if it detects a low UV dose, but It had not, so she thinks it may be and issue with the bulb. Mr. Haglund could not confirm this so he asked her to post a boil water notice. Mr. Haglund also left messages with Stadelman Electric, who installed the system, to look at it. Plan for today, two operators will change the UV bulb that is giving a reading, albeit low, and see if that will work. Stadelman Electric did call back and will be available later today to go up and look at the system. Mr. Haglund was instructed to collect water samples before and after repairs. We discussed that the next available day to sample will be on Wednesday, 12/26 due to lab closures because of the weekend and the upcoming holiday. The soonest the results would be on Friday 12/28. A copy of the VIQUA Operation Manual was emailed to the operator on 12.24.18.
