| Details: | Contact with operators about the Thurston Wells and SOC testing. The operator has taken the first required quarter SOC samples but was unable to take the second quarter due to Water Resources asking them to shut down the Thurston wells due to conservation efforts. The Thurston Wells will be shut down until April 2024, which according to the rules will be the second operational quarter and the operator can then take the required second SOC samples. | ||
