| Details: | Emailed Allen regarding upcoming survey deficiency correction deadline of installing a well vent. He will take a picture of it on 10/16/23, the next time he is at the property. Update: 10/17/23: Email from Allen with pictures of well vent; vent is does not have a return bend as required in the rules, and discussed that with him. New well vent with return bend (downward facing) and screened will be installed by 11/1/23. UPDATE: Email from Allen on 10/31/23 with pictures of vent with return bend (downward facing) and he stated it is screened. |
