| Details: | Returned phone call left by system operator. Sent an email summarizing our conversation as well. The first step is to issue a boil water notice for the users of the system. Next, there will need to be a repeat sample taken as soon as possible but at most within 10 days from the last test results. I included the level 2 coliform investigation form that will be used if the repeat sample comes back positive. This will be helpful to identify the possible contamination issue within the distribution system. |
