| Details: | Visited with Tahinene about the distribution samples coming back total coliform positive. She did drop off a source sample on Friday, December 21, 2018 that she is waiting to hear the results of. I emailed her a level one investigation form to fill out and return to me within 30 days. Three routine samples in the distribution system are required in January. | ||
