Details:	UV System down. Mr. Haglund reported the following events concerning the operation of the VIQUA UV reactor: An electrician from Stadelman Electric was contacted on 12/21. He went out to Salmon Run Golf Course on Saturday 12/22/18. He was unable to find a reason for the UV system bulb failure. He confirmed one UV bank was indeed running, but at a low UV setting. The other UV bank was not running. No tech support was available to Stadelman Electric on Saturday. On Monday, 12.24.18 Jacobs Project Manager and an operator drove to Salmon Run to ascertain the issues, and after talking with the Golf Course Manager, determined that tech support would be needed. Mr. Haglund discussed with the Salmon Golf Course manager the option of putting a bypass valve on-line so water could be still utilized for bathroom purposes. I contacted the Golf Course Manager, who stated that they are currently purchasing bottled water for all kitchen functions. The manager also confirmed a boil water notice was posted. Tech Support was unavailable on Monday, 12/24 and Tuesday, 12/25. On 12/26, Jacobs Project Manager called several places and was able to arrange a Tech Support person to come and look at the system today, as the Tech was already on the coast. Jacobs is currently awaiting his arrival.
