| Details: | Contacted Hiland Water Company to see if the significant deficiencies for the 6/15/23 survey had been corrected. Jessica notified me that Robert Trotter was the operator in charge of corrective those deficiencies. He will contact NCPHD with an update. I did extend the compliance AO deficiency as Tooley Water District has been working with OHA, DEQ, BWI, USDA, Business Oregon and EPA to work toward a resolution to the high Nitrates at Well #2 which triggered the deficiency. It has been determined that the water rights and funding may take 18 - 24 months. | ||
