| Details: | The system had a DBP (TTHM) exceedance. Oregon Health Authority(OHA) Drinking Water Services (DWS)compliance section setup the quarterly testing schedule for TTHM and HAA5 at my request in the fourth quarter of 2023. Caleb is aware of the quarterly sampling schedule and has sent out a public notice to the residents. He stated the storage tank were drawn down and sediment and stained water entered the system. The DBP test was submitted the day after. He was wondering if there might be a correlation? I told him I would consult with the DWS. We also discussed submitting the annual consumer confidence report delivery verification form by October 1 each year. He is working to complete it. I emailed and spoke over the phone to the system operator. Plan review for the orthophosphate treatment should completed soon. Once PR is completed the first six month sample rounds with water quality parameters will be submitted before 12/31/23. |
