| Details: | Contacted Scott Marrs to request the operations and maintenance manual which was a noted deficiency on the 9/23/22 sanitary survey for the water system. Scott looked through his files and saw that he was in the process of finishing the manual and would provide me with an anticipatory deadline for when he would finish the manual in an email. Once I receive the email, I will update the deficiency online to reflect the progress made by the water system to create an O&M Manual. We also discussed funding and where they were at with that process. I was informed that they were approved however the original construction date of January is most likely not feasible due to weather conditions. I told him to keep me updated as the funding and construction progress. DWS is requesting 12 months of monthly source sampling from each individual spring and since they currently don't have a sample tap, they would have to take grab samples. Scott is concerned with the cost of the sampling as they have constraints with their current budget. I told him that I would look into available funds or the possibility of grants to help alleviate the burden of cost associated with the sampling requirement. |
