| Details: | Operator asked if a plan review will be necessary for "replac[ing] the well pump and supply line to the storage tank as well as adding valves, check valves, bypass valves and pressure tanks, etc." Tried calling the operator. The number on file is no longer in service. Sent operator the following email: "I am the new environmental health specialist for Linn County’s public water system program. I checked with my colleague, Nate Tisdell. You will most likely not need a plan review because the main system components are being replaced, and any changes to the system will not require any additional treatment. Also, I tried calling the number we have on file (541-738-6906), and it is no longer in service. Would you like us to update your contact information?" |
