| Details: | [Individuals involved in this also consulted with Evan Hofeld and Amy Word] 10/27/2023: A resident of this water association inquired if treated lumber would be approved in a new construction springbox shelter project. This resident was informed that treated lumber would not be approved. Regulator then contacted the association president, Norma Kightlinger, to discuss approved lumber options. She stated that they were not going to use treated lumber but instead cedar. Regulator requested them to pursue redwood over cedar. 11/01/2023: Norma updated regulator that they were able to obtain redwood for the springbox shelter and the redwood will be used for the truss rafters.
