Details: Emailed David to inform him that the survey deficiencies for Wolsborn Farms are due to be corrected by 11/20. They need to correct the following:
1. Annual Summary Report needs to be submitted
2. Proof of backflow testing
3. Leak in storage tank repaired (photo of repair)
4. Proof of operations/maintenance manual

I asked to get proof of corrections to me before 11/20.
