| Details: | I called Mike Stone to discuss the remaining deficiencies with Columbia Hills HOA; a certified operator (DRC) needed to be officially determined for the water system, so I forwarded Mike the DRC Certified Operator form by email, as well as the Ordinance/Enabling Authority document via email, which was also overdue. Well #4 and #8, during the April 11th Water System Survey, were marked as not having sanitary seals watertight, but Well #4 was offline at the time of the survey and is a seasonal well. Mike Stone said that Well #4 was online but will be shut off soon for the season. He added Well #8 will remain active but the housing Well #8 is in will be torn down, with Well #8 remaining and located outside. Mike says he will send me photos of one or both of these wells that have the sanitary seals/caps secured. Mike added that they plan on putting the new 79,000+ gallon Reservoir tank online soon, and that they dumped the water in it last Thursday and were refilling the tank with new water on Friday 11/3. Mike added that Well #6 is currently inactive. |
