| Details: | Two repeats TC+. Both triggered source samples absent. Emailed Kelly and reminded that continuous disinfection is now required to be installed w/in 6 months unless they can identify a source of contamination and eliminate it. I will conduct a level 2 investigation asap. Continued 2/mth routine sampling. Install continuous chlorine for residual maintenance w/in 6 months (May 10, 2024). To suspend this requirement, system needs to submit a written proposal explaining what they think happened, why they think this is the smoking gun, what they did to correct it and show it’s been fixed by getting ongoing clean samples. If system gets any more confirmed (routine plus a repeat) between now and June 2025, chlorine will be required no matter what. |
