| Details: | Michelle called to report the total coliform detection. During our conversation she mentioned the sample was collected at a bottled water dispensing station not from well water at the kitchen sink. I am consulting with OHA DWS to determine if the sample can be invalidated and will then follow up with Michelle on next steps. 11/7/23: OHA invalidated sample and removed the associated alert. I contacted operator and let them know to collect another routine sample from the well water in the distribution and clearly label the sample location on the lab form. Michelle said the sample will be collected tomorrow 11/8/23. |
