| Details: | *11/20/23 - alert has been generated and system to fill out the Level 1 form and submit - system to resume regular monitoring in December.* Frank notified me of total coliform positive repeat samples at upstream, downstream and original sites, in addition to the water tower. Our records show the routine coliform positive collected on 11/6 and have not yet received lab reports for repeat samples. I informed him with two or more coliform positives this month, it triggers a level 1 investigation that he conducts to evaluate the coliform issue. I provided links to the online forms. He plans to collect the triggered source samples today from wells 4 and 5. He will return the completed investigation form within the next 30 days. |
