| Details: | The water system collected its monthly coliform sample on 10/31. It tested positive for total coliform bacteria. A message was left for Bob on 11/1 outlining the follow up samples needed. Three repeat samples and a triggered source from each active well is what is required. There was no follow up from the system. Another message was left on 11/9 for both Bob and also Julie's number. | ||
