| Details: | I reached out to the operator of this water system by phone, leaving a voicemail and followed up with an email describing the required response to the recent total coliform positive result on the routine sample. The system is required to take 3 repeats in distribution and a triggered source sample within 24 hours. If those sample come back negative, the system is to take 3 temporary routine samples next month. I included links to the Drinking Water Data Online (DWDO) website for the system including direct links to the alert, the coliform results and the current coliform sampling schedule. In the email I provided a coliform response flow chart, a link to the official coliform response policy at OHA, a blank total revised coliform sampling plan worksheet, and guidance for best practices in sampling procedure. |
