| Details: | Spoke to operator and told him he needs to take 3 routine samples starting next month in December. I also told him he might be receiving a letter from the state requiring him to do a level 1 investigation. He told me that he had forgotten to take a trigger sample at the source when he sent these repeat samples in. | ||
